PWN fast tracks UC7 distribution with wireless broadband market leader

Leading independent wholesale telecommunications company, Partner Wholesale Networks (PWN), today announced it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Cirrus Communications for C2 Direct to sell and distribute PWN’s Cloud unified communications product, UC7, nationally.

PWN co-founder, Graeme Kelly, said that they were excited to be partnering with Cirrus Communications (‘Cirrus’). “Cirrus is recognised as the owner and operator of Australia’s largest fixed wireless broadband network. The carrier is focused on the more than 3,000 critically underserved industrial parks nationally and has a target audience of an estimated 100,000 Australian SME businesses. This partnership will really fast track our distribution of UC7.

Cirrus will also extend the UC7 product into its own mid market enterprise and government customers through C2 Direct, and we take this is a clear endorsement of the superior quality of the wholesale cloud unified communications (UC) package we are bringing to the market.”

Cirrus Communications chief executive and co-founder, Eric Heyde said that they considered a number of UC offerings before choosing to partner with PWN. “There are plenty of UC options in the market but we wanted to ensure a high quality offering for customers, and a product that embodies that message to the market. I think that there is no product that does it better than UC7.

At its core, UC7 is a genuine next-generation carrier class product that is new technology ready for prime time release. That positioning fits well with the brand message that C2 Direct is looking to communicate to the market,” said Dr Heyde.
